  Utterly disappointed at the lack of proactive informing customers of up to 60 minutes of delays or n shuttle services between the airport and the carpark due to nearby road work.
  I am absolutely not happy as it caused me to miss a flight to my cruise for the first day and needing to take an other flight extra to catch the cruise on its second days port of call with a LONG 15 hour detour as oppose to 4hour direct flight.
  Shame on #jetparks
